Refund and cancellation policy
At Hariarts Academy, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our courses. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our courses, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our courses for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and, if it is valid, process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- General Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. Course Cancellation by Hariarts Academy: We reserve the right to cancel a course at any time for any reason. In the event of a course cancellation, we will notify you and provide you with a full refund.
b. Student Cancellation: If you need to cancel your enrollment in a course, please notify us at [email protected] . The following cancellation policy applies:
i. If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund.
ii. If you cancel your enrollment within 7 days of the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund.
iii. If you cancel your enrollment after the course has started, you will not be eligible for a refund.
c. Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or completing a course, please notify us at [email protected] We will work with you to resolve the issue, and if we are unable to resolve the issue, we will provide you with a full refund.
d. Non-Attendance: If you do not attend a course without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this refund and cancellation policy in special circumstances, such as in the case of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances.
